PETER SHANLEY
Co-Founder / Executive Chairman
After a career with the Australian Government, the majority spent serving in Australia’s Special Forces, Pete went on to join one of Australia’s most prestigious multi-generational Family Offices as their Head of Risk.
Pete has deployed on sensitive, strategic missions all over the globe for over 20 years, alongside some of the world's elite Special Operations units, where risk management is a critical discipline.
He brings to the Ultra High Net Worth space a dynamic yet long-term risk-management mindset focusing on increasing current and overall survivability, both from an individual and a family perspective.
ERIC POWELL
Co-Founder / Co-Chairman
For over 20 years, Eric worked in various positions within US Government including the United States Secret Service, the Department of Homeland Security, and the Department of Defense across counterintelligence, counterespionage, criminal investigations, and protective services.
After leaving the US government and transitioning into the corporate security sector in Silicon Valley, Eric moved into the Family Office sector over ten years ago.
He now serves as the Chief Security Officer for a Family Office where he and his team are responsible for the personal safety and security of the family, their employees, business interests and assets around the world.
DAMON SPENCER
Chief Executive Officer
Damon is a former Australian Special Forces Operator and MBA Graduate.
After over a decade of service with the Australian Defence Force, primarily serving within Special Operations, Damon left the military to study a Master of Business Administration at the Australian Graduate School of Management (AGSM).
Damon has experience across management consulting, consumer goods & high growth technology companies and has worked with large enterprise partners across numerous sectors from Defence, Finance, Retail and Aviation.
